Recycled Modular Pallets

Xtyre UK supplies purpose engineered recycled rubber pallet systems made from post-consumer tyres, designed for long-term industrial use.

Built to remain in service, maintain asset visibility, and perform consistently over time, our pallets reduce failure rates and minimise the need for constant replacement.

The result is lower lifetime cost, improved control, and more predictable operations.

Designed Around Four Principles

1

Xtyre pallets are engineered to survive repetitive handling, heavy loads, and long service life in demanding industrial environments. Manufactured from recycled tyre rubber, they are impact resistant, non-absorbent, and stable across extreme temperatures from -40°C to +120°C, while resisting moisture, UV exposure, and chemical degradation. This durability keeps pallets in service for hundreds of cycles, reduces unplanned failure, and supports predictable operations with fewer replacements over time.

2

Modular

Every Xtyre pallet and skid-pallet is built as a system of interchangeable components rather than a single disposable unit. Decks, blocks, stringers, and base elements can be replaced or reconfigured individually, extending service life and reducing downtime. This modular approach supports flat-pack logistics, flexible load configurations, and efficient maintenance, allowing pallet fleets to remain in circulation within closed-loop systems rather than being written off prematurely.

3

Trackable

Xtyre pallets are designed to remain under control throughout their working life. Their construction supports the integration of asset tracking technologies such as NFC, RFID, and GPS, enabling visibility of both the pallet and the goods it carries. This improves asset recovery, reduces loss, supports insurance and risk management, and allows pallets to be managed as operational assets rather than treated as disposable packaging.

4

Circular

Circularity is embedded from the outset. Each pallet diverts post-consumer tyres from landfill, reduces reliance on timber, and supports waste-to-worth resource reuse. Recycled rubber is non-toxic, non-hazardous, and resistant to oils, chemicals, and solvents, allowing safe use across a wide range of industrial environments. At the end of their service life, pallets and components can be recycled and remoulded into new products, supporting ESG objectives and extended producer responsibility in a practical, operational way.
